Delivery & Returns

EXPRESS SHIPPING: 

UPS Express Shipping is included for all standard orders. Our goal is to deliver your order within 1-4 business days from the moment of purchase. Keep an eye on your email for a tracking link to stay updated on your shipment.
Your order will be shipped within 1 business day of purchase and expected to arrive within 1-4 business days after delivery to the carrier. The overall delivery time for your order is 2-4 business days after purchase.

For your convenience, we offer the following estimated shipping times:
• United States: 2-3 business days
• United Kingdom: 1-2 business days
• European Union: 1-3 business days
• International (Outside US and EU): 2-5 business days

Please note Forever & Always Shoes isn't able to deliver to PO Boxes (including BFPO) or Freight forwarders. Once the order has been placed we are unable to amend the address details.

MADE-TO-ORDER CUSTOM ORDERS: 

Due to their nature, Made-To-Order items have an estimated delivery time of 2 weeks within US, UK, Canada and Europe. Please note there is an additional 1-week lead time for Australia, New Zealand and Mexico deliveries.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Before we dispatch your order, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer and verify your billing and shipping addresses.
  • First time orders can only be shipped to the cardholder’s billing address or a corporate work address, to avoid delays please ensure that your billing details are correct and matches the address on your credit card statement.
  • We are not able to deliver to PO Boxes (including BFPO) or Freight forwarders.
  • Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make any amendments to the address.
  • Please note that fragrance is non-returnable due to transportation restrictions.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

CONDITIONS

  • The return period is 14 days.
  • Return costs are at your own expense.
  • A 5% restocking fee is applied to returns.
  • Please be aware that returns should be directed to one of the following addresses, depending on the specific shoe you have purchased and our stock management.

  • If the size is not the right fit for you, we are more than happy to facilitate an exchange for your shoes. Please reach out to us at team@foreverandalwaysshoes.com, and our team will assist you with the exchange process.
  • Damaged and/or worn items cannot be refunded.
  • If the sticker on the bottom of your shoes is damaged, we regret to inform you that the return of the shoes will not be accepted.
  • Please hold on to your proof of shipment until the refund has been made. If the product gets lost and you don’t have the proof of shipment, this is not our responsibility.
  • A refund will be made within 14 work days after we receive the package.
  • When you decide to return your order, you also send back the free gift. If you decide to return your order but want to keep the free gift, the valued amount will be charged.
  • Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may be applicable to their orders. Please note that Forever & Always Shoes is not accountable for any delays caused by customs processes.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES

  • If the size is not the right fit for you or for another reason, we're more than happy to facilitate an exchange for your shoes. Please reach out to us at team@foreverandalwaysshoes.com and our team will assist you with the exchange process.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may be applicable to their orders. Please note that Forever & Always Shoes is not accountable for any delays caused by customs processes.

REFUNDS

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 working days if approved. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
  • A 5% restocking fee is applied to returns.
