EXPRESS SHIPPING:

UPS Express Shipping is included for all standard orders. Our goal is to deliver your order within 2-7 business days from the moment of purchase. Keep an eye on your email for a tracking link to stay updated on your shipment.
Your order will be shipped within 1 business day of purchase and expected to arrive within 2-7 business days after delivery to the carrier. The overall delivery time for your order is 2-7 business days after purchase.

For your convenience, we offer the following estimated shipping times:
• United States: 2-5 business days
• United Kingdom: 3-7 business days
• European Union: 5-7 business days
• International (Outside US and EU): 3-7 business days

Please note Forever & Always Shoes isn't able to deliver to PO Boxes (including BFPO) or Freight forwarders. Once the order has been placed we are unable to amend the address details.

MADE-TO-ORDER CUSTOM ORDERS:

Due to their nature, Made-To-Order items have an estimated delivery time of 2 weeks within US, UK, Canada and Europe. Please note there is an additional 1-week lead time for Australia, New Zealand and Mexico deliveries.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Before we dispatch your order, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer and verify your billing and shipping addresses.
First time orders can only be shipped to the cardholder’s billing address or a corporate work address, to avoid delays please ensure that your billing details are correct and matches the address on your credit card statement.
We are not able to deliver to PO Boxes (including BFPO) or Freight forwarders.
Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make any amendments to the address.
Please note that fragrance is non-returnable due to transportation restrictions.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
