"I was very disappointed with this purchase. First, the shoebox arrived damaged and crushed on one side because it was mailed in a bag and not a sturdy box. Second, the shoes had a very strong smell when I took them out of the box. Third, the shoes were smaller than a typical size 7. Fourth, the shoes were very rigid and uncomfortable. Fifth, when I wanted to return the shoes there was not a simple return form on the website and I had to email three times before I got someone from customer service to help me initiate a return. Finally, I was told I had to pay over $35 to mail back the shoes. I will not be buying from this company again."
