"I really love these shoes—the design and quality are excellent. Unfortunately, the sizing isn't accurate for me. I normally wear a size 6, but the size 6 brown pair was much too big. I then ordered this pair, a size 5. 5, and it was still too loose. The return process is much more complicated than Amazon's, so I've decided not to return them, even though it means I've lost about $180. I hope this feedback helps improve the sizing information and return experience."
